Hello Ladies!
My name is Coach Joelle Prochera and I am professional life and business coach, inspirational speaker, entrepreneur and fellow launcher and I am writing to introduce myself as I take on this new adventure called “LWL blogger!”
Over the months to come I will share with you from my commitment to you having the tools and awareness to consciously create your life and your business, YOUR WAY.
I will be bringing my writings to you from several areas of my life experience. These include:
As a leader and business person: With 10 years in corporate Canada/America I have experienced the joys and frustrations of budgets, sales goals, recruiting, hiring, managing a team and creating change inside of a large global organization.
As an Entrepreneur: I launched into entrepreneurship out of a desire to work in my areas of passion and to have the freedom to consciously create the life I imagined. That was 4 years ago and I have never looked back.
As a professional coach: As an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach I have spent the past 7 years providing professional coaching services to leaders of multimillion dollar companies, solo-preneurs and individuals with the passion and drive to create their life their way.
To now be able to bring this knowledge insight and coaching to the Ladies who Launch community is an opportunity for which I am truly grateful.

• My goal is to bring inspirational, informative, educational coaching blogs at least once a week to the women of ladies who launch.

Some of the most lovely people in my life came from my experiences with Ladies who Launch and I can hardly stand how much fun I had at last Thursday’s Cleveland event at the Cleveland Wine School (YUM!). I am grateful and excited for this chance to connect and I look forward to supporting each of you in creating businesses that delight and inspire you.
