This week’s blog topic is Your Favorite Stress-Relievers. One of my personal favorites is a massage that incorporates Body Talk. The Body Talk System is not well known, but is revolutionary in that it is a noninvasive technique that literally identifies and cures what ails you on the cellular level. Another of my favorites is Gyrotonic: The best way to describe it is as a combination of Yoga and Pilates with a focus on opening the heart in a series of exercises that dramatically lengthens muscles and improves posture using a special “rowing-like” machine. Of course, I work with Incubator members who specialize in these techniques.
